1. Signup or Login if you aren't logged into Guava yet
2. Visit guavahealth.com/sources/provider (or your Sources tab in the app)
3. Press "Add Health System" and search "Anthem (Old Version)"
4. Follow the instructions to connect, and your portal data will be viewable in Guava
