Elation and Guava Health partnership

Elation Health EHR Integration Partnership

Guava Health has integrated directly with Elation Health's EHR system and joined their Partner Hub, enabling primary care and concierge practices to seamlessly sync patient data into the Guava Provider Dashboard. Hint EMR and Guava Health integration partnership

Hint Health EMR Integration Partnership

Guava Health is now an Integration Partner on the Hint Marketplace, connecting Hint EMR data directly to the Guava Provider Dashboard for Direct Primary Care and membership-based practices. Once synced, patient records combine with wearable data and self-reported symptoms in one HIPAA-compliant view — giving physicians a fuller, longitudinal picture of each patient rather than a snapshot from a single visit. The result: earlier trend detection, more proactive care conversations, and one less disconnected system for busy DPC teams to manage.

GRAIL and Guava Health partnership

Guava Partners with GRAIL

Guava Health has partnered with GRAIL to bring the Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test into the Provider Dashboard's health score. Galleri is a single blood draw that screens for a signal shared by more than 50 cancer types, including many with no standard screening test today. When a patient completes Galleri testing, results now factor directly into their Guava health score alongside wearable data, patient-logged information, and existing EHR records, giving providers one more layer of signal for early, proactive conversations, without adding another portal to check.
Spruce and Guava Health integrate to combine patient messaging and consolidated health data

Guava's Spruce Integration: Patient Messages, In Context

Guava Health has integrated with Spruce, bringing secure patient messaging directly into the Provider Dashboard. Once connected, Spruce conversation threads appear alongside each patient's labs, wearables, and clinical notes, searchable within their profile, with no need to switch platforms to see the full picture. Guava's AI can also reference these conversations directly, helping providers draft responses, summarize message history before a visit, or connect what a patient reports in Spruce with trends in their health data.

InBody and Guava Health integration partnership

Guava Integrates with InBody

Guava Health integrates directly with InBody devices, automatically syncing body composition results into the Provider Dashboard and patient app. Once synced, metrics like skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, and visceral fat appear alongside labs, wearables, and other health data. Letting providers track muscle gain or fat loss over time without manually entering or reconciling results from a separate system. Patients get the same visibility on their end, seeing their body composition trends alongside nutrition and activity data in the Guava app.
