Access your patient records

To get your medical records from OnPatient:

1. Signup or Login if you aren't logged into Guava yet
2. Visit Data Sources -> Health Systems from your profile menu
3. Search "OnPatient"
4. Follow the instructions to connect, and your portal data will be viewable in Guava
