Between spreadsheets, notes, and scattered data, managing and analyzing your clients’ health data can become overwhelming quickly, especially as you grow your client base. The Guava Provider Dashboard is a health tracking platform built for health, fitness, and wellness coaches, as well as dieticians and nutritionists.
It provides a simple, cohesive way to track activity, nutrition, lifestyle, and health metrics in one place, allowing you to be the watchtower for your clients’ health and understand when to intervene. Your clients can sync data from their wearable fitness devices, use AI food detection for nutrition tracking, and track metrics like energy, weight, blood pressure, and mood.
See Key Health Metrics for Your Clients

The Key Metrics section provides a snapshot of the data most relevant for your clients. Here, coaches can see daily, weekly, and monthly trends from multiple sources, including wearable device data and daily health tracking.
You can customize key metrics to offer personalized health tracking in a way that makes sense for your clients by setting defaults at both the organizational and individual client levels. For example, you might want to see daily energy levels, sleep, and stress across all of your clients, while looking at specific metrics like fiber, bloating, or workout intensity for certain individuals.
See Your Clients’ Wearable Device Data

When your clients download the Guava app, they can connect to their wearable health monitoring devices, including Oura, Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, and more. This allows you to see daily, weekly, and monthly trends for anything your clients’ devices track, including:
- Physical activity frequency, duration, and intensity
- Daily steps
- Heart rate and heart rate variability
- Blood oxygen
- Blood glucose
- Sleep data
- And more
Quick tip: Clients using popular fitness devices can sync their data in under 60 seconds.
Set Custom Daily Check-Ins for your clients

For health metrics that you’d like your client to track regularly, you can set daily check-ins reminding them to log in Guava. This could include health factors like body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, symptoms, and mental health factors like mood or fatigue.
Pro strategy: Use check-ins to build habits. For example, set reminders like “Have you eaten leafy greens today?” or “Logged protein intake?”
Track Your Clients’ Nutrition

Guava’s Provider Dashboard provides a simple way for you and your client to track their nutrition, caffeine, alcohol, and water intake over time. In Key Metrics, you can customize which metrics appear on your dashboard based on your individual client’s nutritional needs and goals, or you can use a default setting for all clients.
Your client can track food in the Guava app by either logging meals manually or uploading photos. If they upload photos, Guava’s AI can automatically identify the type of food and estimate micronutrients and macronutrients, like calories, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, protein, sodium, etc. For certain clients, it may be important to log food while keeping nutritional estimates hidden. They can do this by going to log a food, selecting the gear icon, then turning off AI nutrient estimates.
See Your Clients’ Biomarkers and Labs

Guava allows you to see your clients’ health in its entirety, including biomarkers from labs. For providers focused on long-term client monitoring, you can create custom biomarker groups tailored to certain goals for your clients.
Providers who are primarily focused on metabolic health, for instance, might make a custom group with metrics like fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin, cholesterol, etc. While these custom groups can be defaults for all clients, you can also customize them to fit your individual client’s needs and health goals.

Get Data-Backed Insights into Your Clients’ Health
The Insights feature in Guava allows you and your client to understand specific relationships between their health factors. For example, you can see how certain types of food affect energy levels, or how certain activities affect resting heart rate, heart rate variability, or even sleep duration the following day.

The Bottom Line
Health and fitness coaches use Guava to support a wide range of health, fitness, and nutritional goals. With everything in one place, from symptom and nutrition logs to sleep and activity trends, it’s easier to monitor progress, adjust plans, and keep clients on track. Whether your focus is helping clients improve energy, build healthier habits, or meet performance goals, Guava makes it simple to see what’s working and where support is needed.
